For a second year, MidCountry Bank has provided a financial grant to Folds of Honor, an organization that provides scholarships to family members of military men and women who have fallen or been disabled while serving our country on active duty. This year’s fundraising event surpassed its goals, raising over $500,000 for this important cause. MidCountry donated $50,000 to this organization for Minnesota military families.
The non-profit organization founded in 2007 provides scholarships for primary and secondary education assistance, as well as post-secondary educational scholarships for spouses and dependents of our nation’s military. In 2019, Folds of Honor awarded 85 scholarships in the state of Minnesota.
Steve Meads, President of MidCountry Bank shared, “We are pleased to be able to provide financial support to such a worthwhile cause. Access to quality education is such a critical tool for success, and we want to provide every opportunity to these families in our communities who have already given so much.”
