Bloomington, MN - Living our company values of Compassion, Honesty, Integrity, Excellence, and Fairness is a priority for the team at MidCountry Bank. Our team was fortunate to have the opportunity to put the Compassion value into practice in the community on May 26. In partnership with Rebuilding Together Twin Cities, 30 MidCountry team members shingled a roof, replaced siding and windows, and scraped and painted. Their elbow grease helped an elderly couple with repairs they could not do themselves or afford to pay someone to do for them. Just a few hours of time, offered by people who care, lifted the homeowner’s spirits and improved their quality of life. It’s safe to say the volunteers’ hearts were as full as the homeowner’s after the job was complete!
