As Chief Technology Officer, Rod Nelsestuen leads the strategic vision, planning, and delivery of IT services to MidCountry and other partner banks through CB Shared Services, Inc. Rod approaches his work holistically, ensuring the appropriate integration of technology to serve the needs and business objectives of the organization.  With over 4 decades of experience in financial services in a variety of senior leadership capacities, Rod is uniquely suited to address the challenges of a growing and progressive bank.   

Rod holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School at DeVry University, and graduate certificates in Information Systems Management (CISM) from Keller as well as the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, Madison where he earned his undergraduate degree.
