Bloomington, MN – Twila Hanks, Mortgage Retails Sales Manager at MidCountry Mortgage, NMLS #463857, was awarded the honor of Top Originator from the Minnesota Mortgage Association on Monday, November 7. Those considered for this award are nominated by their peers in an effort to spotlight industry professionals that exhibit high levels of professionalism benefiting the mortgage industry. Not only do they provide benefit to their industry, but often times, to the community as well by going above and beyond what is expected of them.
“The essence of Twila’s work focus is that we must do better for the customer, that we owe the customer the best possible experience and the best product available for their life’s unique situation,” says Greg Krenz, MidCountry Mortgage President and 32-year industry veteran. “Twila is a phenomenal mentor to newer Mortgage Service Representatives and seasoned mortgage reps. She also provides valuable seminars for first time home buyers through the Homestretch program in different counties throughout the state of Minnesota.”
Hanks was selected to receive this award among more than 2,000 originators in the state of Minnesota. She is considered a subject material expert and she is an active community volunteer, setting the bar high for others considered for this honor.
