The age-old mantra to “always do the right thing” is a guiding principal for Brett Neuleib, and one that has served him well as he established his career in commercial lending. Brett realizes that the relationships he enters are reliant on him earning the confidence and trust of others, and he is in it for the long haul.
Brett has built a strong following over nearly 12 years in the commercial arena, partnering with business owners and decision makers to finance deals that cover the gamut from construction, to franchise ownership, to commercial Real Estate. He is adept at listening and asking the right questions; his end goal to educate and guide his clients to make well informed decisions.
Building this partnership encourages a unique level of engagement that opens the door to a deeper understanding of business needs and ability to find innovative solutions to some of the most complex financing challenges. Brett enhances his role by connecting all relevant resources to create the most customized solution.
With the level of energy Brett puts into his work, it should come as no surprise that he fills his downtime with active and varied interests. Brett is a husband, and father to a son and daughter who undoubtedly keep him hopping. His son attends UW-Eau Claire and plays French horn for the marching band. His daughter has continued the family tradition, playing French horn in middle school. Weekends are spent boating on the St Croix River, camping, watching marching band competitions, and attending volleyball tournaments. He has instilled a love of travel in his family, but like many, they remain proud to call Minnesota home.
Brett is intentional about making people the central part of his process. Helping his customers make the right financial choices is what drives him every day. That commitment results in genuine, trusted relationships that go beyond “Banker”, and make Brett an advocate and friend.
