Lisa Franxman

When asked what she enjoys most about her role as Market President, Lisa Franxman’s passion is evident. Lisa is a natural leader, focused on developing relationships and helping clients make connections.  In her own words, “I am an extension of their team.  If they are successful, I am successful.”

When working with business or personal banking clients, Lisa skillfully leverages the MidCountry Bank team to deliver results.  Extensive knowledge earned over 20 years in the banking and finance industry guides her to custom solutions that fit their immediate needs, and to anticipate opportunities for longer term planning. Lisa has experience with diverse businesses, from manufacturing to professional services.  Most importantly, she approaches in each new contact with the intention of developing a long term relationship.

Lisa is invested in her work, taking an active part in service to the community by doing her part to keep it vibrant and healthy.  She supports the business community as Finance Chair on the Board of Directors for the Dakota County Regional Chamber of Commerce, sits on the Citizen’s Advisory Council for the Dakota County Sheriff’s Department and is the past President for both the Rosemount Rotary Club as well as the Farmington Rotary.  In addition, she’s also involved with Hope for Tomorrow and was the past chapter lead in Farmington.  Service experiences have allowed her to know and understand the depth of resources in the community and to value interconnection opportunities.      

Outside the office, Lisa’s energy and passion translates to a life full of family, friends and a love for the great outdoors.  She enjoys fishing, archery and shooting ranges, and is eagerly awaiting a “bucket-list” tour of the Scottish Highlands. Each provides balance, perspective and rich experience that make her grounded and grateful. 

Lisa exemplifies the MidCountry values both personally and professionally.   We are fortunate to call Lisa a team member, knowing that Lisa will continue to make connections and build strong relationships.  Known for her knowledge, compassion and willingness to serve, these lifelong traits will continue to serve Lisa well as our Market President and our community champion in Hastings/Dakota County.
