Chris serves as both a leader and partner to his team in sourcing the best options for customers, served with the most positive experience. Listening closely, valuing opinions, and looking at the whole picture are his approach to identifying the right combination for each customer’s needs. His level of care and concern for his customers sets him apart as a respected advocate and resource for both his customers and team. Don’t let his sentimental side fool you though. Backed by energy, determination, and a competitive spirit, Chris is anything but "soft." He is driven to do the right thing and provide a superior suite of products for each and every customer.
Mentoring his team to provide stellar customer service comes naturally to Chris. His experience in the industry has helped him develop a keen sense to identify and recommend customized strategies tailored to each colleague’s strengths. He is known for his ability to create a culture of collaboration and expertise – a remarkable combination that promises to support the values of our organization across all business lines.
Back to that most important thing – loved ones. Chris spends as much time as possible with his family: attending his kids’ activities, and boating, snowmobiling, and partaking in other outdoor sports together. Chris’s circle of loved ones encompasses a rather large area. It includes not only his immediate family, but also his church family. The assurance of investing in relationships and community is clearly a priority for him as a regular volunteer at his church.
By taking delight in caring for others, Chris adds energy and endurance to the MidCountry teams to consistently deliver the best.
