You can NOW take full advantage of our NEW SecureAlerts to notify you the moment something important happens in your account. Choose from dozens of account activity alerts and receive messages instantly via your customized delivery method.
Account Management for Busy Lives and Added Security
SecureAlerts keep you up-to-date on account activity based on your personal selections. Set up alerts appropriate for your needs and the frequency at which you’ll receive them. Available by email, text* or Online Banking Message Center, choose to receive an alert when certain activity occurs for the following situations:
- Balance threshold (set by you)
- Daily balances
- Card usage (any time your debit card is used)
- Large item payment received (a transaction clears for an amount greater than a set threshold)
- Payment received
- Home Equity advances
- Checks posted – general or a specific amount
- Certificate of Deposit maturing
- Many others

Currently programmed alerts do not transfer to our new SecureAlerts system. To continue to receive the notices that help you manage your accounts, simply log into online banking to enroll and select the alerts you wish to activate. Many new options are available!

Enrolling is Easy
- Log into Online Banking
- Click on the link that says “Alerts” at the top of the page
- Click each category in Alert options to view the list of available alerts
- Select the Alerts you want to receive for each account. Then check how you would like to receive them
- Click save. You will receive a message the moment any of your alerts are triggered. It's that simple!

They're not only convenient... they can also help you spot signs of fraud and identity theft. Plus there's a variety of alerts to choose from. And the notifications you receive are completely up to you. If an alert is triggered... it can be delivered to your mobile phone via text message. your email in box... or inside your online banking. Alerts (Quick Tour)
When you log in… you'll immediately see if there are any unread alerts in your secure inbox. Selecting Alerts from the menu… displays a quick overview of the alerts you've previously set up. Once added… they'll be included in your list here. They are displayed sorted by category… along with the type of alert… and where it will be delivered. You can edit… or delete your alerts at any time. To make a change… simply update the information. Then save. Alert Options... displays the available options you have for adding alerts, sorted by category. To add a new alert… just select a topic... the type of alert you'd like to add… how you'd like to be contacted... then save. Contact Options… is where you set up your contact information. including your email addresses… and numbers to use when sending text messages. It's also where you add any Do Not Disturb times. Any alerts generated during that time frame, will be held until that period ends. To add a new email address… just enter the address… and save. When you're ready to verify the address… send the activation code. Once received, type in the code… to activate it. Sent Alerts… displays a list of your alerts that have been activated. If any of the alerts you've subscribed to are triggered… they will be shown in the list. Triangles… indicate new… unread alerts. At a glance you'll see the date a notification was sent... the alert type… and a detailed description of why it was triggered. A new alert can be marked as Read… or deleted. Similarly… the entire list can be marked as Read… or deleted.
